Cancellation & Refund Policy

SVAMARG provides digital educational products. Because digital access may be provided shortly after successful payment, cancellations and refunds are handled under the conditions below.

Order Cancellation

Once delivery or access has been initiated, an order generally cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered for:

  • duplicate payment;
  • payment deducted but order not properly confirmed;
  • product not delivered within a reasonable period after successful payment;
  • corrupted or inaccessible files that cannot be resolved;
  • another verified transaction or technical error.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

  • the product has been successfully delivered and is accessible;
  • the customer changes their mind;
  • the customer does not use or complete the workbook;
  • the customer does not achieve a desired score, rank, or selection outcome;

Wrong Language Edition
